WorldClient Pro User Help |

WorldClient Pro's email client (Figure 1) contains the features that you will find in any other email client, but with the added benefit of not being workstation dependent like other clients. You can log on to WorldClient Pro using your favorite web-browser and all of those client features will be made available to you. Because all of your messages are stored on the server, it doesn't matter what machine you are using to access your email. WorldClient Pro provides email everywhere!

There are six major components that are part of WorldClient Pro's email client: Navigation Bar, Message Listing, Message View, Compose Page, Options, and User Help.
Navigation Bar - Used for navigating throughout WorldClient Pro's main pages and your mail folders. They are also used to sign off and to empty your trash folder. The Navigation bar's buttons and appearance will vary according to the Theme that you are currently using.
Message Listing - The first page displayed after you log in to your account. This is WorldClient Pro's main area and is used for working with your email messages. The Message Listing displays a list of your messages in sortable columns, and is used to sort, move, delete, and open your messages.
Message View - Used for viewing the contents of your email messages.
Compose - This page is used for composing, replying to, and forwarding email messages.
Options - Options is a gateway to five other area of WorldClient Pro:
Personalize - This page is used for customizing the appearance and operation of some of your account settings and functions.
Mailboxes - The Mailboxes area is used for editing and adding POP mailboxes from which you wish to collect email messages. Each mailbox entry provides an area for composing a signature that you might want to include with messages that you send from that POP mailbox account.
Filters - Filters set rules that will be applied to incoming messages. They can be used to automatically distribute messages to specific folders and/or prevent unwanted mail (spam).
Folders - The Folders area is used for Creating, Renaming, and Deleting mail folders. These folders can be used for organizing and storing your mail.
Address Book - Used for storing important or frequently used names and email addresses.
User
Help
- Click Help
on the Navigation bar and User Help will be opened in a separate
browser window. It is comprised of several help topic pages
containing detailed explanations and step-by-step instructions for
using WorldClient Pro's email client. Each of these pages contains
various book marked topics and instructions, which you can reach
directly by using the help system's Table
of Contents or Index (Figure 2).

Table
of Contents
Use the Table
of Contents,
located in the left frame, to find help on a given subject.
Double-click a book or click the plus sign to the left of a book to
view the book's contents. Click any page within a book to view that
page in the right frame.
Index
Click Index
in the left frame of User Help to switch to the Index. Index entries
are listed alphabetically and can be used to search for a given topic
or term. Type a word that you are searching for into the "Type
in the keyword to find:"
box at the top and you will notice that the list of topics below
will automatically jump to the entry that is closest alphabetically
to the text that you are typing. You can press Enter
at any time to display the list's entry that is highlighted (you
don't have to finish typing the word), or you can click Display
below the list to display the highlighted topic. You can also
double-click a topic to open it without typing anything.
